An Cuu City Urban Area is a model urban development project following the model of Phu My Hung Urban Area, implemented by IMG Hue Investment Joint Stock Company. An Cuu City Urban Area covers a total area of ​​32.3 hectares within the 1,700-hectare overall master plan of the An Van Duong New Urban Area, developed by the Institute of Urban and Rural Planning – Ministry of Construction. The project has completed the construction of 583 low-rise houses including: townhouses, semi-detached houses, and garden villas; with over 450 houses already occupied; and complete infrastructure investment.
